چکیده

Abstract This manuscript reports the investigation of polymorphic behaviour fipronil using a systematic comparison thermochemical and structural properties different crystal forms obtained in this study as well those previously reported literature. The analytical techniques employed include DSC, TGA, PXRD, SCXRD hot stage microscopy. DSC proved particularly useful because it made possible to differentiate between two found as-received neat fipronil. scans revealed presence polymorphs which had melting endotherms with peak maxima at ca . 196 °C 205 °C, respectively. These were successfully separated via sublimation resulted metastable, lower polymorph sublimate thermodynamically stable, higher form residue. Clear evidence for instability was when examined under range heating rates. proportion metastable appeared increase rate increased, indicating that underwent solid–solid phase transition stable low Recrystallization from solvents yielded five forms. TGA curves all forms, except acetone-derived one, solvate pseudo-polymorphs showed solvent loss 60 100 °C. sample hemihydrate only started show mass 120 studies three have similar characteristics, while other differ notably each rest structures. Despite these differences, exhibit near-identical intra- intermolecular hydrogen bond networks.

Characterizing the Carbamazepine Polymorphs, Solubility and Metastable Zone Measurement

Introduction Polymorphism is a phenomenon related to the crystallized solid state which is problematic for many industries. A successful industrial crystallization typically requires the development of a robust process in the laboratory including the knowledge of the solubility curve and the stability of the solution in the vicinity of the equilibrium point, as indicated by the metastable zone ...

Phase separation , thermal history and magnetic behaviour of Sr doped

High-resolution transmission electron microscopy observations and magnetic ac susceptibility measurements have been carried out to study the changes in the magnetic properties of La1−xSrxCoO3 samples (x 0.3) processed at different annealing temperatures, ranging from 1273 to 1573 K. Although neutron diffraction excludes the coexistence of distinct phases with different chemical composition, roo...

Thermal behaviour of romarchite phase SnO in different atmospheres: a hypothesis about the phase transformation

A study was conducted on the transformation of SnO to SnO2 using X-ray diffraction and subjecting the SnO to heat treatments between 300 °C < T < 600 °C in two different atmospheres, argon and air. The intermediary oxide that appears in the disproportionation process was identified as Sn2O3. In an argon atmosphere, decomposition occurs in three stages: (1) a direct transformation of SnO to SnO2...
